Miller W. Shealy Jr.
Assistant Professor of Law

A long-time state and federal prosecutor, Shealy brings a wealth of experience to the school as a teacher of criminal procedure and evidence.

As an assistant U.S. Attorney, he coordinated a corporate fraud task force and worked on an organized crime and drug enforcement task force.

He also served as a section chief and assistant state attorney general for state capital post-conviction relief cases.
