Services Office assists and advises students in career planning
and preparation. Meet our staff:
Michelle
Mensore Condon is assistant director for career services.
Before joining the Charleston School of Law, she was the Supreme
Court of Appeals of West Virginia's first public information
director from 1998 - 2005. She also practiced law for three
years as a West Virginia Assistant Attorney General and for
two years in the litigation department of Jackson Kelly, PLLC
in Charleston, West Virginia. She graduated from Washington
& Lee Law School in 1993, where she was a Notes and Comments
Editor of the Washington & Lee Law Review. She earned her
M.S. in Journalism in 1990 from Northwestern University and
her B.A. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1989.
She is an adjunct professor of media law for West Virginia University's
Master of Legal Studies Program and for the College of Charleston.
She also performs contract communications work for the National
Center for State Courts. She is a member of the South Carolina
and West Virginia bar associations.
Maureen
Gillespie Harmon
is the recruiting coordinator in the Office of Career Services.
She obtained a B.A. from the College of Charleston. Before joining
the Charleston School of Law, Maureen worked as a paralegal
for Ellzey & Brooks, LLC and Constangy, Brooks & Smith
both in Columbia, SC, as well as McAngus, Goudelock & Courie
in Charleston, SC.
