Elizabeth McCullough
Associate Professor of Law

McCullough, who has represented a variety of commercial lenders in private practice, teach commercial law at the Charleston School of Law.

She recently served as co-lead counsel for the trustee in the HomeGold Inc./Carolina Investors bankruptcies, the largest bankruptcy in South Carolina history. She is a former law clerk of U.S. Judge Robert F. Chapman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
