The Maritime Law Bulletin (MA.LA.BU.) is an attempt
to create a nexus for the maritime community in the Southeast
and beyond. This bulletin strives to:
1. Provide a current and timely
product, representing the most recent state of maritime jurisprudence
and the industry as a whole;
2. Cover the wide spectrum of the maritime industry through three
sections: law, commentary, and informative narratives;
3. Supply a forum for discussion in the maritime
industry and maritime
legal community.
