Appeals for the Fourth Circuit to chair the court's Rules Advisory
Committee.
McCullough, appointed by Chief Judge William W. Wilkins of Greenville,

highlights how serious we are being taken across the region in
the legal community.
"I look forward to serving as chair of this advisory rules
committee on behalf of South Carolina's lawyers and the Charleston
School of Law."
McCullough has been a member of the committee for several years.
