Voter registration
The School of Law encourages all eligible students
to participate in the political process. South Carolina law
requires those seeking to vote to register at least thirty (30)
days prior to the election. School of Law students may register
to vote where they attend law school only if they establish
that they are a resident of this community. In establishing
residency under this rule, students must demonstrate that they
have a present intention to remain in the community where they
attend school.
